A.L.M.A. Tuition Schedule 2023/2024

A $1,000 non-refundable tuition deposit enrolls your child in A.L.M.A. Your $1,000 deposit is applied to your annual tuition. Deposit payment is due with the enrollment contract.
*There is a $300 school activities fee due with your 1st tuition payment.
Tuition payments can be made by check or through Quickbooks/Intuit for electronic payment. Please be advised that payments using Quickbooks will have a 4% service fee applied.
Pay in Full
For payments made in full, a 2% discount is applied and there is no service fee.
Deferred Payment Plan
The following options are available with a $30 service charge per payment:
Payments are due on the first of each month. We offer a five-day grace period.
A late payment fee of $50 will be applied to all payments made after the fifth of the month and to the remaining balance of any incomplete payments.New ParagraphNew Paragraph
Our Admissions Process
*If we are at full enrollment, you can choose to
apply for our waitlist which includes a $100 non-refundable application fee to save your place on the list. If a spot opens up, we will contact waitlist families in order of application.
Health & Safety Policies
As a fully licensed program, we have DCFS-approved policies for all health and safety issues that may arise at school.

Enhanced Risk Management Plan, which includes our COVID-19 protocol. All faculty hold current CPR and First Aid certification.
Our safety policies include comprehensive plans for fire, tornado, and sheltering in place. Our school features a full-building security system with alarmed doors and windows, cameras at all entrances, and wired-in smoke and fire alarms.

ERMP policies and procedures for staff, parents, and children to address serious illnesses, contagious diseases and reportable diseases are in accordance with recommendations and regulations set by the Illinois Department of Public Health’s (IDPH) Division of Communicable Disease Control and the Department of Children and Family Services(DCFS).
